New applicant organizations will need to Sign-Up and create an account in the system with appropriate username and password. If your organization applied for funding since 2014, your username and password will enable you to access this year's application, as well as manage payment requests and reporting. Go to the Log-In page and enter your username and password. (You do not need to Sign-Up again). Do not create duplicate accounts. If you forget your password, follow the instructions on the Log-In page. If you are unsure of your username or password, contact the Santa Fe Arts Commission at 505-955-6707.
Applicants who used a fiscal agent last year and are no longer required to use a fiscal agent, must sign-up and register the applicant organization. If you are using a new fiscal agent this year, sign up and register the new fiscal agent.
Complete the Sign-Up and proceed to Organization Registration (next section), the first time the GO™ system is accessed. Do not leave any information blank during Sign-Up or Organization Registration, as this may result in having to start the process again. Once you have completed these steps an account will be created in the GO™ system.
IMPORTANT: Would you like to associate this user account with an organization? Select Yes. Individual artists are not eligible to apply.
If you are Using a Fiscal Agent: 1) The Fiscal Agent must create an account in the system for the Fiscal Agent 2) the organization can then Sign-Up and create an account 3) the Fiscal Agent then needs to approve your organization in the system in order for you to proceed with the application. Do not proceed with Sign-Up and Organization Registration until the Fiscal Agent account has been created in the system. Organizations should be in regular contact with the Fiscal Agent to ensure that the correct steps have been taken. The City of Santa Fe Arts Commission can offer assistance as needed.
STEP 2 IN YOUR SIGN-UP PROCESS:
On the next screen you will be required to complete the following information:
Organization Role, most organizations will select "Applicant Organization with FEIN #". It is critical that you select an option, as you will not be able to update this information at a later date and this will result in your having to begin the process again. DO NOT LEAVE BLANK.
If you are Using a Fiscal Agent, select "Using a Fiscal Agent" 1) The Fiscal Agent must create an account in the system, 2) the organization can then Sign-Up, 3) the Fiscal Agent needs to approve your organization in the system in order for you to proceed with the application. Do not proceed with Sign-Up and Organization Registration until the Fiscal Agent has created an account in the system. If you have your own FEIN # and are not required to use a Fiscal Agent, do not select Using a Fiscal Agent; as you may receive a message that your application is pending approval and you will be unable to access the application. If you receive this message, you will need to sign-up again and use another username and password to proceed.
Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN) assigned to the organization by the Internal Revenue Service, this is required. You will not be able to update this information at a later date and failure to enter the FEIN may result in your having to start the process again. This is always a 9-digit number. Do not put your social security number, New Mexico Corporate ID, or City of Santa Fe Business Registration number. Organizations that do not have Federal IRS 501 (c) 3 status, are required to use a Fiscal Agent. If using a Fiscal Agent, type in Fiscal Agent name, search for Fiscal Agent and select.
Applicant Organization’s legal name as registered with the IRS.
Applicant Organization's "DBA" or name the organization uses for business purposes, if different from the legal name. If the organization is a project, department, or line item in the budget of a larger organization, give the larger organization’s name, followed by (doing business as) and the organization’s project or department name. Do not enter the Fiscal Agent name.
Organization's Primary Address in Address 1, If you are Using a Fiscal Agent, please list the applicant's address. Do not enter Fiscal Agent address. (PLEASE NOTE: If the Organization's Primary Address is a PO Box, please enter it in Address 1, and enter a street address in Address 2. This will ensure that your State Senate, House, and Congressional districts validate.)
Date of IRS Exemption Letter granting your organization 501 (c) 3 status. (If you are applying through fiscal agent, submit this information for the fiscal agent.)
Date of State of New Mexico Incorporation Certificate. (If applying through a fiscal agent, submit this information for the fiscal agent.)
City of Santa Fe Business Registration # (Business Registrations are issued annually. Please udpate regularly.)

State of New Mexico CRS# (If applying through a fiscal agent, submit this information for the fiscal agent.)
