The City of Santa Fe Arts Commission uses the GO™ system for grant applications and grant contract management. All proposals, enclosures and attachments, artistic and promotional samples, and reporting is submitted through CultureGrants online grants management system.
Organizations with current contracts may use the system to submit revised budgets, partial payments and final reports. The username and password used for submitting the application will also enable you to manage your payment requests and reporting. For technical assistance, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
The system accepts the following file extensions: jpg, jpeg, gif, bmp, png, tif, 3gp, avi, flv, mov, mp4, mpg, rm, wmv, doc, docx, txt, xls, xlsx, pps, ppt, pptx, pdf, aac, mp3, mpa, ra, wav, wma, eps. Please familiarize yourself with these formats and adjust the preparation of your material with them in mind. Media converter is a free online audio and video converter. The National Endowment for the Arts (NEA) has a great tutorial on how to convert video to higher resolutions on their website. We advise applicants to test all Attachment and Enclosures for upload well in advance of the application deadline.
Read GO™ FAQs before starting—better yet, print them out for easy reference
